Bistrot Cheese Knife

The Bistrot cheese knife from Sabre Paris is an indispensable utensil for cutting and serving a wide variety of cheeses precisely and efficiently, thanks to its serrated or perforated blade that makes it easy to slice hard, soft or blue-veined cheeses, while ensuring that they do not stick to the blade. 

The Sabre Bistrot collection was inspired by traditional French restaurants, terraces and cafés and were designed to put an updated spin on classic French style for a timeless look. All Sabre products are assembled by hand just outside of Paris, France.

Care: The Bistrot collection is dishwasher safe at 113°F maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges. If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar. For cutlery with light-colored handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
